Mood swings, I block my way
This phase is nearly over, it’s time to enter the day.
I can’t stand the cheerful songs of the birds outside,
so I kill them all and make a dress out of their feathers tonight.

When I’m running through the woods,
followed by orange clouds,
I embrace familiar smells of trees
and become one with the sounds.

The mistake I made was chasing after bleak visions for too long.
Could someone please cut these scenes out of mind?

Roses are dead, violets blurred
Sugar’s bitter, screw her!
Everything is so fucking surreal.
I just don’t know how to feel.

But then a wise girl sang about
being happy and sad at the same time.
First, I was in doubt,
but now I admit that she was right.
Because behind smiling lips,
you will find a pathetic ghost inside
who remains in the past
and keeps me awake in sleepless nights.

Flooded my room
with doubts and fears til’ I was soaked.
My lungs are burning
cause’ they’re full of smoke.

You know, self destruction
is such a pretty, little thing.
It makes you release the demons
hidden deep under your skin.
